For a full asphalt roof replacement, most of our jobs land near an $18,500 average, with the upper tiers running higher based on material and square footage. Your cost depends on the size of the roof, the condition of the decking, the pitch, and the tier you pick. After the Shield Assessment, you'll see all three tiers priced on the same page. No estimating from a driveway.

Often, yes, if there's documented storm damage. During the shield assessment we photograph anything that qualifies as storm or wind damage and give you a detailed report that you can submit to your insurance company.

Most asphalt roof replacements are a 1-2 day install once materials are on site. Metal and larger or steeper jobs can take longer. From signed proposal to installation, the full timeline typically runs 2–4 weeks.

We're based in Goshen and work across Orange County, Westchester, Ulster, Dutchess county and Putnam, including Warwick, Washingtonville, Montgomery and the surrounding towns. We don't take work in NYC, or Rockland County. If you're outside the area we cover, we'll tell you on the first call and refer you to someone we trust.".
